What is the shipping schedule?
Once you complete your purchase, we will prepare the shipment so that you can receive your order within one to two business days. If any special circumstances arise, we will contact you in advance.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
No worries! Your food will stay fresh in the insulated box until midnight on delivery day. Just make sure to transfer the trays to your fridge as soon as you get home to keep them nice and cold.
How long will meals stay fresh?
We prepare the meals without any preservatives or synthetic ingredients. As a result, we recommend consuming the package a 48 hours of opening when kept in the fridge. You can keep meal packs fresh for a month if frozen.
What is your return policy?
As a provider of perishable food products, we’re unable to accept returns once your order has shipped. However, if there’s an error in your shipment, we’ll gladly make it right. To cancel your subscription, simply log in to the CHEF WOOF website (www.chefwoof.co) and go to your account, where you can manage your subscription. Once you make any changes, we’ll handle the rest for you.
